Build #1 of iBlog v1.4.6 is out

This build adds support for iTunes RSS tags for podcasting. You can download the latest build from http://www.ibloggers.net/downloads/iBlog.zip


This is just the preliminary support for the iTunes RSS tags. Some changes may have to be made based on the feedback. The FeedPage.txt template file is changed to include the new tags. The updated version of the FeedPage in the new build won't break the earlier RSS 2.0 format, so all the RSS readers should still work fine.

Some things that need further work

• The iTunes tags for the item seem to make sense only when there is an enclosure in the entry. Not sure if its OK to have them even when the entry doesn't have an enclosure.
  
• There is only one tag for each entry. Not sure how to handle multiple enclosures per entry.
  
• The next build will add support for alternate enclosure files (like m4a). In fact it will support all the formats listed in the music file formats option in the iLife settings (Application Preferences).
  
• The next build will also remove the CDATA tags in the RSS file.
